•  The lesson duration is 55 minutes.
• Group courses cannot be converted into private lessons.
• Lessons, both private and group, take place regardless of weather conditions.
• Refunds for group courses: 
• Refunds are provided in cases of injury or illness from the day following the presentation of a medical certificate issued by a local doctor, applying the current rates.
• Trial days are non-refundable in any case.
• Equipment packages are non-refundable in any case.
• Refunds for private lessons:

• All refunds granted by the school administration will be processed via bank transfer.
